Esistono diverse varianti ma, alla classica ricetta con ragù, besciamella e parmigiano reggiano, esiste un’alternativa, altrettanto diffusa e molto gustosa: le lasagne al pesto tipiche della regione Liguria. Ottime in qualsiasi periodo dell’anno, con qualsiasi altra pietanza e qualsiasi tipo di dolce, insomma si abbinano proprio a tutto! Come preparare Lasagne al pesto

Accendete il forno a 200 gradi. Nel frattempo prendere la pasta all’uovo fresca e scottatela in acqua salata, successivamente scolatela e asciugatela in un canovaccio.
Preparate la besciamella, fatela intiepidire prima di mescolarla con il pesto.
Imburrate la teglia, mettete uno strato di besciamella al pesto e adagiate sopra uno strato di pasta all’uovo mettete un altro strato di besciamella e spolverate il parmigiano grattugiato, continuate così fino al termine degli ingredienti. L’ultimo strato ricopritelo di besciamella, di riccioli di burro e parmigiano.
Infornare il tutto e far cuocere per 10 minuti. quando sarà bella croccante in superficie è pronta per essere mangiata.
