Muffin soffici alla zucca: come realizzarli in pochi semplici mosse


Muffin soffici alla zucca: si possono realizzare con questo buonissimo ingrediente dei dolci davvero saporiti, da leccarsi i baffi. La zucca infatti è un ingrediente versatile che può essere utilizzato sia in preparazioni dolci sia in preparazioni salate.

Che sia sotto forma di vellulata, al forno, nel porridge o nelle torte, il risultato comunque non cambia: è sempre ottima e profumata.

Oggi la vediamo impiegata in una ricetta molto classica, ovvero quella dei muffin: anche in questo caso i muffin  soffici alla zucca si possono cucinare sia in versione dolce sia in versione salata. Noi oggi prepariamo una versione dolce che è perfetta per la colazione, ma anche per la merenda.

Muffin soffici alla zucca: ricetta facilissima 

Come dicevamo, i muffin soffici alla zucca sono davvero facilissimi da realizzare e gli ingredienti sono a disposizione in tutte le dispense. Farina, uova, olio di semi, lievito e ovviamente zucca! Ecco le dosi:

  • 250 g di zucca
  • 120 g di zucchero
  • 2 uova
  • 170 g di olio di semi
  • 250 g di farina di tipo 1
  • 1 bustina di lievito
  • 1 pizzico di sale
  • zucchero a velo

Il procedimento è molto semplice. Per prima cosa pre riscaldiamo il forno a 200° e tagliamo la zucca a pezzi in modo che la cottura sia più agevole. Lasciamola cuocere per circa 10 minuti, finché non si ammorbidisce (si può verificare con una forchetta il grado di morbidezza). Nel frattempo in una ciotola capiente montiamo le uova con lo zucchero in modo che diventino spumose, poi aggiungiamo l’olio di semi e mescoliamo. Una volta cotta la zucca amalgamiamola al composto. Infine aggiungiamo le polveri: farina, lievito e il pizzico di sale.

Prendiamo una teglia per muffin e inseriamo per ogni stampo un doppio pirottino, in modo tale che sia più resistente. Con l’aiuto di un cucchiaio riempiamo ogni stampo per metà e aggiungiamo impasto se serve. A questo punto facciamo cuore in forno statico a 180 ° per 20 minuti (fa comunque fede la prova stecchino).

Una volta sfornati, se vi va, spolverizzateli con un po’ di zucchero a velo.
