Noi del team Mezzokilo oggi vogliamo farvi scoprire questa nuovissima impanatura che vi lascerà sicuramente di stucco, perché l’ingrediente segreto che andremo ad usare lo conoscete benissimo; chissà quante volte l’avrete mangiati per fare un pasto veloce ed orientale. Parliamo dei Noodles; sono stati creati in Cina più di 4.000 anni fa. La differenza tra la nostra pasta e i noodles è che la pasta è fatta di farina di grano duro e viene trafilata, mentre i noodles non utilizzano farina di grano duro e vengono tagliati direttamente dalla sfoglia di pasta con poca umidità.

La ricetta sarà veramente facilissima da fare, useremo gli ingredienti necessari, l’importante è procurarsi tanti noodles per avere una croccantezza unica.

Ingredienti

  • 300 gr di petto di pollo
  • 50 gr di farina
  • 1 uovo
  • 100 gr di noodles
  • q.b sale
  • q.b pepe
  • q.b olio per friggere

Preparazione

Tagliate il petto di pollo a tocchetti non troppo piccoli. In una ciotola sbriciolate i noodles, rompendoli con le mani, o in un sacchetto da cucina battendoli con un fondo di bicchiere. Infarinate i bocconcini di petto di pollo e poi passateli nell’uovo sbattuto con un pizzico di sale e pepe. Ora passate i bocconcini di pollo nei noodles e premere bene per farli aderire, servirà per non farli staccare in cottura. Fate cuocere le pepite di pollo in abbondante olio bollente, quando saranno dorate potete toglierli e passarli nella carta assorbente.
