Una torta super golosa e cioccolatosa, la torta Kinder Pinguì è più semplice da realizzare di quanto sembri: ecco come realizzarla.

I più golosi conosceranno questa iconica e buonissima merendina fresca, il Kinder Pinguì. E se fosse una torta? Questa ricetta è davvero semplice e super cioccolatosa, l’impatto estetico è sorprendente e i vostri ospiti saranno stupiti dalla bellezza e, soprattutto, dalla bontà di questo dolce golosissimo. Ecco tutto quello che dovete comprare e fare per realizzare la torta Kinder Pinguì, con panna e Nutella.

Ingredienti

200gr Uova
200g Farina 
1 bacco di vaniglia
200g Zucchero
3 cucchiai cacao amaro 
120ml Olio di semi
1 bustina lievito

350ml Panna ancora da montare
200g Nutella o crema di cioccolato
50ml Panna fresca 
200g Cioccolato fondente
1 cucchiaio di Nutella

Procedimento

Innanzitutto preparate la base della vostra torta frullando in una ciotola uova e zucchero montandoli con le fruste elettriche oppure a mano, facendo attenzione a non smontare il tutto. Aggiungere pian piano olio di semi e la farina  setacciata insieme a 3 cucchiai di cacao amaro. Continuate ad amalgamare tutto finché non sarà un composto denso, a questo punto aggiungete il lievito.

Versate il composto nella teglia imburrata (rettangolare o rotonda, a vostro piacere) e infornate in forno preriscaldato a 180° per circa 30 minuti. Quando sarà cotta, lasciatela raffreddare e nel frattempo occupatevi della crema. Montare la panna a neve finché non sarà ferma e sciogliete la Nutella a bagnomaria, mettendola da parte. A questo punto tagliate la torta a metà e, se volete, bagnatela leggermente con un po’ di caffè.

Spalmate la Nutella su entrambi i lati della torta e poi versate la panna. Infine chiudete la torta. Non resta che realizzare la glassa! Fate scaldare e sciogliere in un pentolino panna e cioccolato fondente tritato finemente, aggiungete anche un cucchiaio di Nutella e lasciate intiepidire. Quando la glassa è ancora calda versate sulla torta e lasciate raffreddare prima di servire.
