La cena di gala di sabato 30 ottobre, ma non solo: i leader mondiali che hanno partecipato al G20 a Roma si sono dedicati alla scoperta della cucina italiana e anche quella romana anche per un tè del pomeriggio, aperitivi e cene “a sorpresa”. Dall’incontro delle First Lady di venerdì pomeriggio fino alla cena di Boris Johnson e la moglie, ecco cosa hanno mangiato i leader mondiali in Italia.

Nel pomeriggio di venerdì 29 ottobre la First Lady americana Jill Tracy Biden e la francese Brigitte Marie-Claude Macron si sono incontrate all’Adnkronos da Lorenzo Renzi che, con il socio Davide Solari, gestisce il ristorante bistrot Il Marchese, per un tè verde allo zenzero, pasticcini e un bicchiere di vino bianco Sauvignon.

Ecco i vari menù che hanno scelto i leader mondiali del G20

Invece Boris Johnson e la moglie Carrie hanno cenato nel ristorante romano “Giulio Passami l’Olio” nei pressi di Piazza Navona. Si sono accomodati all’interno, al loro tavolo, mentre molto discretamente la scorta ha cenato all’esterno”.

Questo il menù romano: accolti con un calice di Franciacorta, hanno ordinato entrambi un antipasto di funghi alla piastra con burratina, a seguire la signora ha chiesto una carbonara e mister Johnson un piatto di pajata con contorno di coratella con carciofi. Per dessert un tiramisù per la signora, formaggi con miele per mister Johnson.

Per gli altri cena di gala al Quirinale, ecco il menù:per antipasto salmone marinato all’aneto con polvere di olive, poi un risotto alla zucca seguito da filetti di spigola con verdure della tenuta presidenziale di Castelporziano, di contorno sfoglia di pomodoro e sedano rapa, cuori di cariofi e patate farcite; per dessert una crema di mandarino al vapore.
