Si sa questo è il mese delle diete e della forma fisica, ma ogni tanto bisogna farsi del male, se dobbiamo sgarrare preparara i bomboloni dolci.

Questo sarà il dolce giusto se vogliamo concederci un peccato di gola buono e appagante. I krapfen sono soffici dolci di pasta lievitata che vengono fritti e gustati così al naturale, caldi e ricoperti di zucchero, oppure farciti. La merenda o la colazione con un bombolone  appena fatto, è uno dei più ghiotti piaceri della vita.

La classica ricetta prevede che questi bomboloni vanno fritti, ma se non volete strafare potete cuocerli anche in forno, saranno buoni lo stesso, poi se vengono farciti con la crema pasticciera o con la nutella, sarà ancora tutto più buono e goloso. Voglia matta di dolce? Prepara i bomboloni fritti

Ingredienti

  • 240 g di farina 00
  • 50 g di zucchero a velo
  • 15 g di lievito di birra
  • q.b di olio di arachidi (per friggere)
  • 50 g di zucchero semolato
  • 40 g di burro
  • 1 limone
  • q.b sale

Preparazione

Prendete il burro tagliatelo a pezzetti e lasciato sciogliere a temperatura ambiente. In una ciotola capiente, aggiungete la buccia grattugiata del limone la farina, lo zucchero, un pizzico di sale e un cucchiaio di acqua tiepida che servirà per amalgamare l’impasto. Cominciate a lavorare tutti gli ingredienti con le mani, unite il lievito che avete fatto sciogliere con poca acqua tiepida, continuate a mescolare finché non verrà un impasto liscio e omogeneo.

Coprite con una pellicola e lasciate a lievitare in luogo temperato per circa un ora, fino a quando non triplica di volume. Trascorso il tempo, rovesciate l’impasto su un piano da lavoro infarinato. Stendete l’impasto con un matterello e con un coppapasta formate dei cerchi, fate lievitare per un altra mezz’ora. Trascorso il tempo della seconda lievitazione mettete a scaldare l’olio in una pentola capiente e alta. Quando sarà caldo tuffate i bomboloni 2-3 per volta e fateli gonfiare e dorare da entrambi i lati, rigirandole spesso.

Toglete i bomboloni dall’olio e passateli subito ancora caldi nello zucchero semolato. i bomboloni come quelli del bar sono pronti.
