Il miglior panettone italiano è di Milano! I risultati dell’edizione Re Panettone 2021 parlano chiaro: ecco tutti i vincitori di quest’anno.

Un’edizione davvero scoppiettante quella di Re Panettone 2021, che ogni anno consegna il premio al miglior panettone italiano. Nella bellissima cornice del Palazzo del Ghiaccio di Milano, è stato incoronato proprio un panettone lombardo, in particolare da Cologno Monzese, in provincia di Milano. Una vincita tutta casalinga, dunque, per la categoria che premiava il dolce tradizionale natalizio, che tra meno di un mese tutti avremo sulle nostre tavole. Ma tante altre città e tanti altri panettoni sono saliti in classifica, scopriamo quali!

Il miglior panettone italiano è di Cologno Monzese

Per la categoria classica, è il panetùn di Achille Zoia e la sua pasticceria di Cologno Monzese, “La boutique del dolce”, a portare a casa il primo premio, dopo la decisione presa da illustri chef e maestri pasticceri che hanno valutato il dolce natalizio in tutte le sue caratteristiche, dalla scelta della materia prima, al rispetto della ricetta tradizionale e l’impiego di ingredienti più naturali possibile. Potete assaggiare il dolce del pasticcere Zoia nella sua pasticceria oppure acquistandolo online, magari per un gradito regalo di Natale.

E il secondo posto è, invece, di una pasticceria di Lecce e del delizioso panettone dei fratelli Penna, nella loro “Penna Bakery” a Santa Marina di Leuca. Il loro dolce artigianale e di altissima qualità ha convinto i giudici, che gli hanno dato la medaglia d’argento. Bronzo, invece, per “La Ruota” a Perdifumo in provincia di Salerno: una grande soddisfazione per la titolare Rosetta Lembo. Ma a parte la categoria “tradizionale” sono stati premiati anche quei pasticceri che hanno voluto osare e stravolgere completamente il classico panettone, creando capolavori di pasticceria: al primo posto il panettone con farina di albicocche, pasta di mandarino e giandudia de “Gli Chef dei Grani” a Salerno.

Al secondo posto per l’innovazione ancora una pasticceria al Sud: “Pan zà zà” di Emanuele Comi che ama fare variazioni su tema. Infine, la medaglia di bronzo per la novità va al panettone con cioccolato caramellato della pasticceria Ferrante a Campomorone, Genova. Segnatevi i nomi per un Natale davvero coi fiocchi e, soprattutto, con uvetta e canditi.
