Naturalmente Orietta è stata seguita da un professionista per la sua dieta e il suo dimagrimento, come è sempre consigliato fare. Mai iniziare diete senza i consigli di un professionista, potrebbe essere molto pericoloso! Orietta mangiava yogurt magro, formaggio spalmabile magro e un frutto per colazione. A pranzo e cena carne bianca o pesce con verdure oppure del riso integrale.

Come snack in più, poi, della frutta secca o del cioccolato fondente, che però ad Orietta non piaceva particolarmente, preferendo quello al latte. Con questo regime alimentare ha perso circa 9 kg, tornando in grandissima forma! La Berti ha svelato tutti i suoi segreti alle camere di Pomeriggio Cinque e a Barbara D’Urso.
