I Pancake sono un dolce da colazione tipico degli Stati uniti d’America, ma ormai sono diventati una vera e propria moda.

Ormai sui social vediamo molto spesso, le ricche colazioni delle influencer, dove sono sempre presenti questi pancake, ognuno li personalizza come vuole: il classico è il pancake con lo sciroppo d’acero, ma noi del team mezzokilo oggi faremo insieme a voi dei pancake molto originali.

Li abbiamo voluti chiamare così: i pancake del benessere, perchè il colore ci donerà una carica in più alla nostra giornata. L’ingrediente che useremo per renderli più soffici e gonfi sarà l’idrolitina. Seguite passo passo la ricetta di questi fantastici dolcetti del benessere.

I pancake del benessere versione 2.0

Ingredienti

  • 200 ml di albume
  • 200 gr di yogurt ai mirtilli
  • 55 g di farina d’avena
  • mezza banana
  • 5 g di burro
  • 1/2 mezza bustina di idrolitina
  • q.b burro d’arachidi
  • q.b fichi scuri

Preparazione

In una ciotola versate l’albume, la farina, lo yogurt ai mirtilli, mescolate energicamente con una frusta. Una volta ottenuto un composto liscio e omogeneo, aggiungete l’idrolitina e mescolate per bene, aspettando che dia un effetto soffice e gonfio.

Nel frattempo fate riscaldare una padella antiaderente di medie dimensioni, abbassate la fiamma e fate sciogliere il burro. Versate metà del composto e fate cuocere sempre a fuoco lento con un coperchio sopra la padella. Tenete in cottura 6 minuti per lato. Una volta che saranno pronti potete impiattarli e aggiungerci il burro d’arachidi con i pezzi di fichi lavati e tagliati in precedenza.
