Una ricetta leggera e gustosa per l’estate a base di anguria: questa torta vi stupirà per la sua freschezza e bontà!

Avete voglia di dolci ma non avete intenzione di cucinare torte pesanti e di accendere il forno? Questa è la ricetta che fa per voi, un dolce buonissimo e leggero a base del frutto dell’estate per eccellenza: l’anguria! L’anguria è davvero il simbolo dell’estate italiana, rinfrescante, dolce e leggero, piace a tutti ed è un toccasana nelle giornate più afose e soffocanti. Perché non farne un buonissimo e leggerissimo dolce? Ecco il procedimento e gli ingredienti!

Ingredienti

250 biscotti
50g burro
2-3 cucchiai miele
colorante verde per alimenti
250gr panna fresca zuccherata

250g mascarpone
Fogli di gelatina
250g polpa di anguria
Gocce di cioccolato

Procedimento

Innanzitutto procuratevi una tortiera da circa 24cm con la cerniera. In seguito tritate i biscotti frullandoli o schiacciandoli a mano e dovrete poi incorporarli con il burro. Sciogliete il burro in un pentolino o al microonde e aggiungete il colorante verde. Quando il burro sarà sciolto e colorato aggiungete i biscotti frullati e mescolate bene aggiungendo il miele e continuando a mescolare.

Mettete a questo punto i biscotti nella teglia formando la base per la vostra torta e creando un bordino. Il tutto dovrà riposare in frigorifero per circa 30 minuti. Nel frattempo ammorbidite la gelatina in acqua fredda e poi scioglietela in un pentolino di latte caldo finché non sarò sciolta completamente.

Frullate poi il mascarpone e aggiungete la panna lentamente e a filo, mescolando e aggiungendo la gelatina creando una crema che dovrete poi versare nello stampo. Tirate fuori dal frigo la base della vostra torta e versate dentro la crema e lasciate riposare per due ore mentre preparate il topping. Frullate l’anguria e mettetela sul fuoco con o zucchero a velo, aggiungendo due o tre fogli di gelatina. Quando sarà fredda versatela sulla crema e rimettete in frigo per altre due ore. Prima di servire cospargete di gocce di cioccolato per simulare i semini.
