Quante volte ci capita di andare in palestra ad allenarsi e quando arriviamo a casa cerchiamo di fare un pasto veloce ma dietetico? Ecco la bruschetta integrale con uovo e funghi arrostiti

Se il vostro primo istinto dopo aver faticato in palestra è quello di ordinare una doppia porzione del vostro fritto preferito take away fermatevi. Oggi noi del team mezzokilo vogliamo fare una ricetta sfiziosa, veloce e sopratutto salutare.

Solitamente si tende a dare molta importanza al pre allenamento, trascurando il post workout, che invece è molto essenziale, sia per la crescita che per il recupero muscolare. Oggi quindi abbiamo pensato ad un pasto super veloce quindi adatto anche per i maschietti che vanno sempre di corsa.

Bruschetta integrale workout da fare in 10 minuti

Ingredienti

  • 2 fette di pane integrale/segale
  • 2 uova o albumi
  • 4 funghi champignon
  • q.b olio
  • q.b sale
  • q.b pepe
  • q.b basilico

Preparazione 

Procediamo alla preparazione della bruschetta integrale, lavate e asciugate i funghi champignon, tagliateli dalla parte verticale a fette sottili ma non troppo. Ora prendete il pane integrale o di segale e ricavatene due fette. In una ciotola mettete le uova con il sale, pepe e mescolate bene con una forchetta. Prendete un tegamino, aggiungete un filo d’olio e poi le uova con una forchetta mescolate in modo da farle diventare strapazzate, ci vorranno pochissimi minuti. Mettete la piastra sul fuoco e quando sarà rovente mettete il pane e i funghi a bruscare. il pane dovrà essere molto tostato a prova di crunch. Ora componiamo il nostro piatto, Adagiate le fette di pane bruscato su un piatto da portata, metteteci le uova strapazzate sopra e infine i funghi grigliati, aggiungete qualche foglia di basilico e un filo d’olio a crudo.
