Noi oggi del team mezzokilo vogliamo proporvi dei simpatici roll di salmone dal ripieno unico e fresco, useremo la robiola, formaggio italiano a pasta molle da sapore gradevole e intenso e la granella di pistacchi che donerà sapore e croccantezza a questa ricetta velocissima. Assomiglieranno molto ai rotoli tanto amati: il sushi, però sarà una versione casalinga e italiana. Serviti in un piatto da portata adatto avranno un successo garantito e lascerete tutti senza parole.

Prepariamo il rotolo di salmone con robiola e granella di pistacchio
Ingredienti
- 400 gr di salmone affumicato a fette
- 200 gr di robiola spalmabile
- q.b erba cipollina
- q.b sale
- 40 gr di granella di pistacchio

Per prima cosa andrete a condire per bene il ripieno del rotolo da farcire. Prendete una ciotola aggiungete la robiola, l’erba cipollina tritata finemente, e un filo d’olio, amalgamate per bene con una frusta il composto, fatelo riposare qualche minuto in frigorifero. Prendete il salmone dal frigo e, sopra della carta forno adagiate le fette, fategli assumere la forma di un rettangolo, sovrapponendo le fette in modo che aderiscano bene tra di loro. Riprendete il formaggio dal frigo e con l’aiuto di una spatola spalmare il composto sulle fette di salmone, fate uno strato di almeno un centimetro. Con l’aiuto della carta forno arrotolate il salmone proprio come fanno con il sushi e formate un cilindro, chiudete l’estremità con la carta forno e tenete il rotolo in frigorifero per almeno un’ oretta. Trascorso il tempo prendete il rotolo togliete la carta forno e tagliatelo a rondelle, spolverate il tutto con la granella di pistacchi.
