La Tilapia e’ un pesce molto economico, forse il prodotto ittico con il prezzo piu’ basso sul mercato. Il suo gusto e’ delicato, non molto forte e non ha particolari odori.

La carne di questo pesce ha una bassa esposizione al mercurio: Essendo la Tilapia un pesce vegetariano non tende ad accumulare mercurio nelle carni. Ogni 100 grammi di di prodotto cotto sono presenti 128 calorie e 26 grammi di proteine. Inoltre e’ un pesce ricco di vitamine del gruppo B e di minerali come fosforo, potassio e selenio.

Il filetto di tilapia non ha praticamente nessun odore e sapore di pesce, quindi è spesso chiamato pollo di mare. A causa del suo basso contenuto di grassi, quando lo si prepara, è importante utilizzare salse, vini o solo acqua per rendere succosa la carne. Può essere cucinato in tanti modi: bollito, al forno, in padella ma la ricetta più gustosa da fare è fritta.

Come cucinare i filetti di Tilapia? Ecco la ricetta ideale

Mescolare i filetti di Tilapia con sale su entrambi i lati, quindi cospargere con una miscela di pepe nero macinato, prezzemolo tritato e un altra spezia a piacere. Ora che il condimento è quasi finito, dividere in due parti il limone. Uno di questi dovrebbe essere rimandato fino a quando il filetto è completamente pronto e il succo dell’altro deve essere spremuto sul pesce e dato quindici minuti di marinatura.

Ora in una ciotola rompere le uova. In un altro piatto profondo pulito, mescolare la farina con il pangrattato. Prendi la tilapia in salamoia e immergi prima nel composto di uova.  Assicuratevi che un pezzo di filetto sia completamente coperto con l’uovo, dopo di che può essere posizionato sul piatto con farina e pangrattato. Girare il filetto da un lato all’altro in modo che sia completamente coperto di pangrattato. È tempo di friggere.
